Make a mini bingo card with simple faces (happy, sad, excited, tired, etc.) and invite your child to find a match during the day — in themselves, in you, or even in a stuffed animal.

Affirmations may feel small, but over time, they shape how a child sees themselves. Doing them together adds extra power, modeling self-respect while turning the mirror into a moment of connection, not critique.
